Katherine will be mad that I eclipsed her last post so soon. Too bad.
I had a big paper that I recintly wrote, and I am so proud of it that I am going to put it online. In the grand scheme of things the paper isn't that big (and not really that good either), but I am putting it online anyway.
Don't be confused by the title, Algorithms and Economics. The paper is more about algorithms than economics, and it is about graph theory more than either algorimths or economics. I hope my professor doesn't mind.
I think if I had another 10 hours on it then I could work out all of the little bugs and flesh out the details, so to tie it back to economics like I was hoping to do.

Thanksgiving
Andrew and I drove to Seattle to spend some time with Andrews side of the family! We had a lot of fun! First of all on our way up we got the phone call from the doctor office saying that indeed I am pregnant! Then we got to play with Brianna and Asia. They love doing little art projects and such. Below is us making structures with tooth picks and marshmallows. Asia was getting her hair done at the time but she didn't want to miss out on the fun.
On Friday we went to Holly's house to celebrate Thanksgiving. She did an excellent job and even though my stomach was a little unhappy I ate seconds. After dinner we played Rock Band, (I think that is what it is called) and when the kids got tired of it I took them to the other room and facilitated a game of twister. It was very funny because only one of them new left from right. I enjoyed myself. It was fun watching the children play. Good thing I'm not to big of a stickler to the rules.

The babies even wanted to play.
Then we went back to Rock Band Brianna and Asia helped their mom do the drum's.
Colleen did a fabulous job singing! She looked like she was having fun too!
This one Andrew was the singer. I think he had fun even though he didn't know all the words.
We had a great Vacation! On the way back we stopped at a hotel which made the drive a lot more bearable.

Oatmeal brain already??
A friend of mine told me that when your pregnant your brain turns to oatmeal. I always assumed that meant later on in the pregnancy! But just the other night Andrew and I were driving. I turned the fan on high because the windows were fogging up. Then because I couldn't hear what Andrew was saying anymore I reached down and turned up the volume on the radio (which was off). When I realized what I was doing I started laughing at myself... Andrew's voice must be attached to the speakers!!! How silly. I hope I don't have too many oatmeal moments but this one made us laugh.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Andrew and I are in Washington seeing his family. (I'll load pictures when we get home.) I was just thinking today how blessed we are! While I was playing camping with my nieces we sat around our "fire" and chatted. I asked the girls what they are grateful for. They said their car and mom and dad. I asked the children in my preschool on Monday and Tuesday what they were thankful for. One little boy said he was thankful for chairs so we don't have to eat on the floor. Another child said she was grateful for the sky. It was very fun hearing their comments.
I am thankful for my Husband, and for our nice home. I am especially grateful for the gospel and the joy it brings to our lives!

Winter must be here
We're thinking that winter must be here. I hope I can get to and from work safely! The first snow is always exciting. The preschoolers are going to be in heaven tomorrow at recess. I hope the parents send their children in warm snow coats and boots. We have about three inches of snow so far here in Rexburg. That means that at work there is probably four to six.
Andrew is coming close to the end of his last semester of classes. He is looking forward to the stability a REAL job will bring. And with both of us working real jobs until we get children we'll have lots of money saved for the adoption and everything that goes with it!
